I stayed in Room 2 for four nights in February and had a great experience. The room was simple but clean, warm, and comfortable, with adjustable central heating, a mini‑heater, smart TV, small desk, wardrobe, and fresh towels. The house was quiet and other guests were respectful. The bathroom was very nice and the shower worked perfectly. The shared kitchen was well equipped and usually easy to access. Check‑in was really smooth and easy with a self‑check‑in code and clear directions. The location in Bermondsey is peaceful but well connected, with buses to London Bridge, Tower Bridge, Shoreditch, and central London. There’s a corner shop 30 seconds away and a big Tesco under 10 minutes. It’s a budget room, so don’t expect luxury, but it’s clean, warm, safe, and great value — perfect as a base for exploring London or relaxing with Netflix. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was clean, felt private, is well connected - and has great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was really nice, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well prepared for our arrival, which made settling in super easy. The other residents were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always responsive and happy to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel at home. The area is fantastic, with plenty to see and do nearby, and the London Underground Station (Bermondsey) is within easy walking distance, which made getting around the city very convenient. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London!

We really enjoyed our stay in FBS home. The room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet was exactly as described with every amenities we needed. Its clean and made us to feel at home. I high recommend it!
